Training for teams

Up to 10 seats are bought online, with a single invoice and without talking to anyone. Whoever you choose hands them out. From 11 on, write to me.

You have bought training for your team before, and you know how it ended: lots of people in during the first week and nobody after the first month. This does not fully fix that. What it does give you is knowing who has joined and who has not, by name.

Up to 10 seats go through the website, like any other purchase: you enter the company’s tax ID, pay, and get a single invoice for the total. No quote to request and no salesperson calling you on Tuesday.

It is not eligible for FUNDAE subsidies. I tell you here because it is the first thing a company asks, and you should know before paying.

Who gets in

When the purchase is done, you say who hands out the seats. That person invites by email, one by one, and each employee accepts and creates their own account with their own email.

The account is theirs, not yours. You buy the seat, not the person.

What you see for each person

Four things per seat: whether they have finished, the exam grade, how far along they are as a percentage, and which week they were last connected.

And that is where it ends. The minutes watched, the time of day they logged in and the number of times they replayed a video, I don’t show you. They exist, but watching someone with a video player’s clock is not training, and Spanish law has its own opinion on that.

For now I send you that report myself. There is no company dashboard yet: you ask for it and it arrives. If that seems unserious to you, better that you know before paying.

How invoicing works

One invoice, with the company’s tax ID and for the total. It arrives by email as soon as it is issued, and you can download it from the account on that day in February when your accountant asks for it.

If someone doesn’t finish

Then they don’t finish, and in your report it shows as not completed. Without a passed exam there is no certificate of achievement, and I don’t negotiate that: the certificate has a public verification page, and if I give it away it stops being worth anything to those who did earn it.

If someone leaves the company, you free up their seat and give it to someone else, so you don’t pay twice for the same seat. The certificate goes with them because they passed it; the seat stays with you because you paid for it.

From 11 seats

This no longer goes through the website. Write to me at [email protected], tell me what your team is struggling with and I will tell you whether there is anything here that helps. If there isn’t, I will tell you that too: it costs me less than an angry client.

The programs are taught in Spanish. Before writing, the syllabus of each program is open on the programs page, without leaving your email.
